Cuomo or Paladino? A Reprobate or A Builder?

Time to choose.  First, look at Cuomo's history partially summarized on this blog's Index above.   Cuomo is truly a Reprobate (a proliferate criminal whose crimes are reprehensible and can not be redeemed; theology: rejected by God without hope of salvation)  Trillions, billions and millions of dollars stolen with Cuomo protecting the thieves.

        A  nationwide unemployment and under employment rate of over 17% was caused by $1.2 trillion in sub- prime mortgage loan losses caused directly by Cuomo's hand at HUD (See Cuomo's Smoking Gun HUD Directive).  But that was just a beginning, Cuomo has protected and defended predatory lending, sexual abuse of women, missing 9/11 money, $40 million stolen by judges, multiple $50,000 bribes, and on and on from there.

      Were these excusable errors, part of  the learning curve for Cuomo, or just beyond his mental capacities?  The answer is NO to all; we know Cuomo was hands on everything.  It's reported that Andrew Cuomo was personally involved in everything in his office (likely, this was leaked by his underling "rats", who feared being blamed or prosecuted)

     Andrew has been found reprobate.   The only argument for Cuomo is, "Better the devil we know."  But Cuomo is more than an ordinary devil; he's better described as "A Devil Incarnate"  (Incarnate is in the flesh)

         Now, we look at Paladino and we're told he sent off color jokes in e-mails; he didn't present proof that Cuomo had affairs, when he only asked, why the media didn't ask the same questions of Cuomo.

         For any media trusting suckers on the right, Reporter Fred Dicker now works for the NY Post, but Mr. Dicker was leader of Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) and was dispatched to the University of Massachusetts  by the leading theorist of American communism, Herbert Aptheker.   And for NY Times media trusting suckers on the left check out Michael Moore on the NY Times.   These media monkeys, fours years earlier, gave us Spitzer, when they all knew he was crooked and corrupt (we begged them for help)   Did you trust these media, when they anointed Spitzer?   Trust them now and we'll have a Andrew Cuomo protected crime tsunami, whose origin was reported on this blog, engulfing and drowning the entire State.

    Let's look at the men.  Cuomo - career politician;  successes- none;  failures- monumental,  spoiled brat son of Mario;  a wake of destroyed jobs, lives and fortunes. 

Paladino - hard working construction man;  success after success;  jobs for people;  new businesses constructed;  in his wake;  improved lives;  improved communities; he raised himself up - he was not dragged up by his father.

   Would Cuomo thwart the AEG scandal prosecution - certainly, he's part of it.  Trillion, billions, millions of  dollar losses will only be his starting point.   Will Cuomo prosecute the criminals stealing from the NY State? - why no, they're his friends.  For the last four years, Cuomo could have begun to drain the Albany swamp, but no, he's promised to drain it in his next four years and, please, take one of those red and blue suckers on your way out, sucker!  Reduce State spending - unlikely, Cuomo is endorsed by Acorn's Working Families Party.

Paladino - can build on his successes -yes;  Drain the Albany Swamp -yes;  Prosecute the criminals stealing from the State  -yes;  Reduce state spending. -sure, he doesn't owe them anything.

Other candidates: You think your protest vote counts, while Cuomo will just laugh at your stupidity in not voting him out and then he'll steal you blind.  Take another a multicolor sucker, because that's all you're going to get, sucker.

Control Freak Andrew Cuomo Rated "Best Buy" While NY Sheeple Fear Fleecing Or Worse

Warning: Fred Dicker (NY Post), the NY Times and the Times Union might advise the NY sheeple to avoid any unpleasant  thoughts which may arise from this post.

       Has our "Shepherd to Be" already sold out to the wolf pack?

       Andrew Cuomo is rated a "best buy" says the Financial Department at CuomoTARP.   We base this on the continued success of Andrew Farkas' investment in Cuomo, which began with  “Here’s a man who stole millions of dollars, and Andrew gives him a pass,”

      And Cuomo following the advice that "nice guys finish last"  punished Farkas' enemy when, "Andrew Cuomo knows full well that his own inspector general recommended full and total prosecution of Andrew Farkas, yet Cuomo quashed the charges personally. Worse, he then moved to ruin IG Susan Gaffney's career because she didn't buy Andrew's gambit."

      But the NY sheeple were earlier assured when, "Mr. Farkas said he understood why their relationship was viewed with suspicion. But he insisted his motives were pure, saying he was not seeking any personal gain." 

       Only the "control freak, Andrew Cuomo" knows whether Farkas benefited when "Everything that has transpired at HUD is not an accident, and it sure isn't a computer glitch. ...it is impossible to explain it as anything other than significant financial fraud. The losses could be far greater than $59 billion, but they don't know for sure because the audit isn't completed. Secretary Cuomo is a very smart control freak, so it's ludicrous to think that he doesn't know what is going on."

     We've learned that Farkas profits, when others lose their shirts. In the financial collapse of Dubai World, Farkas invested in more than $2 billion of U.S. property deals.   But, "Despite Dubai World's problems, Mr. Farkas earned at least $70 million in advisory fees, according to people familiar with the matter. He also cashed out his ownership stakes early, netting tens of millions of dollars, according to these people."

      Now, Farkas has invested $18 million dollars in Cuomo's election campaign.  Farkas must know he'll get a good deal out of Andrew Cuomo. 

      And other investors in Andrew's campaign, the rich lawyers, have assured us, ""We do not think that the attorney general of New York would make it any easier for lawyers or cut any slack for their clients because of the lawyers’ prior campaign contributions,”

      Andrew, will Farkas profit while NY follows Dubai into financial collapse?  Are you and Farkas looking for a trifecta of winnings from three financial collapses?   And Andrew, what is the due that you, or Farkas or the other investors in your campaign will extract from the sheeple of NY?   A screwing, a fleecing or a glut of lamb chops on the market?

This Week In NYC Federal Court, Andrew "Monkey Business" Cuomo Charged With Conflicts Of Interest And Impropriety

This week, Andrew Cuomo was charged with "CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND APPEARANCE OF IMPROPRIETY" in US DISTRICT COURT in New York City, before US District Judge, Shira Scheindlin.   But while Cuomo has been caught monkeying around, the NY Times, Daily News and Fred Dicker (NY Post), were diverted from reporting the corruption by enjoying the views at the Gay Pride parade of Cuomo marching with his daughters.  When Cuomo corruption is involved, these media monkeys pervert the message of the three Japanese monkeys, by their see no evil in Cuomo's monkey business, report no evil with Cuomo's monkey business,  cover-up the evil of Cuomo's monkey business.

   The Federal action filed  this week complains, "the AG not only advises the Executive branch of State government, but also defends actions and proceedings on behalf of the State   As it relates to the instant Motion a multiplicity of complaints filed with the AG, and through several administrations, requesting that the AG should criminally prosecute such lawyers, law firms, and public officers, for harming the “People” (in this case Plaintiffs who seek the fruits of their labor to create the Inventions), instead the AG turns around and represents these same individuals complained of. Accordingly, this Court, however, must now disqualify the AG from any representation of the State Defendants in their official and individual capacities as a result of these conflicts of interests and appearances of impropriety".
   The action involves RICO charges and a "Pattern of Racketeering" connected to Cuomo.

      The media monkeys have assisted in helping Cuomo pull the Cuomo TARP over himself.   Gay Pride is a flea on the back of one of the pack of bloated NY government monkeys stealing from the taxpayers and stealing from the People in a corrupt court system.  All covered up by Attorney General Andrew "Monkey Business" Cuomo and his trained media monkeys. 

Andrew Cuomo's Affairs; He Cheated; He Lied

Cheating Andrew Cuomo's corruption affairs with male and female dregs both within and without NY government litter his court filings and his Public Integrity cover-ups.   Andrew Cuomo cheats on the People by taking money from lawyers who represent clients who Cuomo is acting against in court.   Who does Andrew Cuomo believe he's fooling with his donation forms, where "contributors [are asked] to sign a statement saying they have no “matter” pending with him. That rule “does not extend to attorneys representing persons or entities with matters before the NYS Attorney General’s office.”

The faithless Andrew Cuomo promised us, "The influence of lobbyists and their special interests must be drastically reduced with new contribution limits; we will be taking on very powerful special interests which have much to lose. We must change systems and cultures long in the making.”    But," The New York Times shows that of the estimated $7.1 million that the Cuomo campaign has received from political action committees, associations, limited liability corporations and other entities, more than half has come from the biggest players in Albany: organized labor, the real estate and related industries like construction, the health care sector and lobbying firms."

    Yes, Andrew Cuomo, we understand, you're human; the lure of money was irresistible. 

But,  Luke 16:13 "No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon."



    In 2008, you cheated; your staff lied; you promised:    " The Amnesty 'window' will be narrow;'Andrew's pretty serious about a real shake up, and he will not give state workers, including judges, more than 60 days to 'come clean.' The plan, dubbed 'CAP' (Cuomo's Amnesty Program) by AG lawyers, is said to specifically include all attorneys admitted to practice in New York, whether or not they are state employed. 'Heads will role once the Amnesty Program ends"

Did you protect women from sex predators?   Did you promise in your CAP program above that state attorneys heads will roll?   Well, you failed and you failed again. Tomorrow, your pitiful defense of the corrupt state employed attorneys will be exposed along with the failure of your Public Integrity unit to bring indictments. Where does your love lie? 

Unlike Clinton, this isn't your private sex life, this is your public life.  And you ask us to trust your cheating heart for another four years?

Sherlock Holmes Looks At Spitzer, Gollum Cuomo, Crooks, The NY Times And Medicaid Fraud

How would Sherlock Holmes look at Spitzer/Cuomo? Are things what they seem or are there hidden villains? Spitzer begins a new CNN program October 4 with a non-flattering, "of course, the problem that Andrew has is that everybody knows that behind the scenes, he is the dirtiest, nastiest political player out there and that is his reputation from years in Washington. When his father was governor, he was the tough guy. He has brass knuckles and he played hard ball. He has a lot of enemies out there." 

     Maybe, Spitzer hasn't fully examined his downfall?  A new video is coming on Spitzer's demise.  It has Spitzer's enemies as Wall Street crooks and Senate leader, Bruno.  But Spitzer ought take a more detached Holmes'  like view and look who  had the most to gain.   Earlier on this blog, the quest of Gollum Cuomo for the "ring" is revealed.    Imagine Gollum's dread, were Spitzer to run for reelection as Governor and then President in 2012; Gollum's quest would fail because Gollum would be too old in 2020.

     But, there were others with much to benefit with Spitzer's downfall;  Wall Street investigations and prosecutions ground to a halt under Cuomo as Attorney General, but Spitzer could have kept the prosecutions moving by using his NY Constitutional powers to order Cuomo to prosecute those who Spitzer as governor might identify.

Scenarios and the potential winners

scenario 1: Wall Street investigations continue with the "Sheriff of Wall Street," now Governor (using his constitutional powers) directing his Attorney General to prosecute.  And a treasure trove of potential Wall street targets is provided by the Federal TARP bailouts.
    Winners - Spitzer;
  Losers - Cuomo loses the "ring" and is blamed by Wall Streeters using the Cuomo memo in the "smoking gun" on this blog as their excuse that they were just carrying out Cuomo's policy.

 scenario 2: Spitzer realizes Medicaid fraud is bankrupting NY State and orders Cuomo to prosecute.
Winners - Spitzer;
Losers - NY fraudsters in government and Cuomo for not acting in his Public Integrity Unit

the scenario that happened:  Spitzer leaves office in disgrace and "Wall Street" has nothing to fear from Cuomo; the NY Medicaid fraudsters keep their fattened positions and Cuomo now has the "ring" within his grasp.

Losers - The People and Spitzer



Then there's the role of the NY Times, which first reported on the Spitzer scandal.  Clinton didn't resign for Lewinsky, who wasn't paid for sex.  So why would Spitzer resign for paying for sex? Was Spitzer more moral than Clinton?  What else did the NY Times and Feds have on Spitzer?  Did they get it from Cuomo?  And why didn't the NY Times report on the other possible federal charges against Spitzer?

       And then the NY Times removed another obstacle in Gollum Cuomo 's quest, Paterson.  Paterson slithered away after he was was exposed and threatened with further disclosures by the NY Times.  And now, the NY Times is expecting to smear possible new House Speaker, Boehner.    What other crimes and sleaze is the NY Times using to blackmail who else and for whom? On the right, the NY Times is the NY Slimes, or worse, and on the left you have Michael Moore placing blame.


                    Final Tally:
1.Spitzer loses governorship and first "Jewish" Presidency, but gets CNN job.

2. Wall Street crooks get the "Sheriff of Wall Street" off their backs and have a paid replacement, through their attorneys .   See Two Faced Cuomo changes Pay to Play.

3. NY Medicare fraudsters continue to fatten at the public trough while Andrew looks the other way.

4. Cuomo the dirtiest, nastiest political player out there,  fills his campaign chest and continues his quest for the "ring."
 

5. The NY Times succeeds at blackmail, but its supply of suckers shrinks rapidly.

Who says Cuomo did a good job?  The NY Times?  A good job for who, Wall Street Crooks and Medicaid fraudsters?  Spitzer, the NY Times' former love, was dumped for their new squeeze, Andrew.   The NY Times' bad boy choices lead to the question; what's the NY Times covering up on Andrew( the dirtiest, nastiest political player out there)? Andrew claims to want to drain the Albany swamp, but the outlet passing through the NY Times is willfully clogged with the Cuomo lovelorn.

Memorandum to Andrew Cuomo, Senator John Sampson, and the NY Times:

Andrew Cuomo, what hiding under your TARP that fears video exposure? Why doesn't NY Times demand videos of all court proceedings? Senator Sampson, doesn't your black community want video recording of all court proceedings and don't they know the courts cannot be trusted? Wasn't OJ Simpson's “not guilty verdict,” in part because the black community wanted to send a message about untrusted courts? Why shouldn't the people see what goes on in their courts? Why is youtube, or “Acorn like” exposure feared?

Maybe paraphrasing old wisdom would help: “The fear of the the Lord (the People seeing the video) is the beginning of wisdom (honest courts).”

Honest judges and equitable court actions have been a concern since Moses said over 3,000 years ago, "At that time I instructed the judges, 'You must hear the cases of your fellow Israelites and the foreigners living among you. Be perfectly fair in your decisions”

Translated for our NY lawyers and judges: “no favoritism for fellow judges or fellow lawyers and respect and treat fairly the foreigners, i.e. non-lawyers or non- judges.”

NY Supreme Court Judge David Demerest in Essex County action 974/2006, said from the bench, “If you want the law, the rules, and the Constitution followed you have to go the Court of Appeals. In his court the law, the rules and the Constitution are not followed.” A video of Judge David Demerest, on line would end his arrogance. So many groups have cried out for court watchers to sit in on court sessions to protect vulnerable victims from brazen judicial misconduct in courts. Replace these court watchers with video.

Video all NY court appearances with time displayed and make it necessary for the jurisdiction and validity of all court proceedings that such videos exist and are available. The videos of protected proceedings under our present law could be kept protected, but those videos must be kept available for Appellate proceedings, continuing proceedings by same parties or criminal proceedings if required.

First have a good laugh about our present system: A NY judge reviews his own court transcripts for appeals and makes “corrections” and removals as (s)he sees needed before appellate review

Then, since none of the above, Cuomo, Sampson or NY Times have acted, I'll show how we can change our NY Laws:

Here is present law: § 4. Sittings of courts to be public. The sittings of every court within this state shall be public,and every citizen may freely attend the same, except that in all proceedings and trials in cases for divorce, seduction, abortion, rape, assault with intent to commit rape, criminal sexual act, bastardy or filiation,the court may,in its discretion, exclude therefrom all persons who are not directly interested therein, excepting jurors, witnesses, and officers of the court

Here's the Revised law (changes in red): § 4. Sittings of courts to be public. The sittings of every court within this state shall be public,and every citizen may freely attend the same and must be recorded on publicly available time stamped video where the words of each participant can be clearly heard and such video be part of the records of said court, except that in all proceedings and trials in cases for divorce, seduction, abortion, rape, assault with intent to commit rape, criminal sexual act, bastardy or filiation, the court may,in its discretion, exclude therefrom all persons who are not directly interested therein, excepting jurors, witnesses, and officers of the court, and also public access may be excluded to such videos, except for Appellate purposes or use in continuing litigation by the same parties in all proceedings and trials.

a. the loss of public access to videos required hereunder shall render any such unrecorded proceedings as not part of the record of the court

b. any court proceedings without video recording as required in this law would remove the jurisdiction of any court in this State and would be official misconduct by those who so acted.

Please Andrew Cuomo, Senator John Sampson and the NY Times move into the modern age, remedy the corruption, and change the law. Now.

Better Laws #1: Brave New NY Politican's World: Official Misconduct is a Felony

Here is Better Laws-Part 1

To Andrew Cuomo, others running for Statewide Office, NY Assembly and NY Senate, NYT:

We,the People,demand tough law to stop NY government corruption. NY penal law for Official Misconduct copied here has a misdemeanor penalty, which is oft bargained down. Corruption prosecuted in NY under federal law is usually for felonies. We, the People, want a Better Law.

NY Judges may believe they're immune from law for acts on the bench, but they are mistaken. The NY Constitution's Bill of Rights, offers no immunity from indictment by any law, whether by legislative action or judicial proclamation. We, the People, demand to clarify judicial penal liability for official misconduct.

NY Constitution, Bill of Rights § 6
"The power of grand juries to inquire into the wilful misconduct in office of public officers, and to find indictments or to direct the filing of informations in connection with such inquiries, shall never be suspended or impaired by law."

Old version of Penal Law: § 195.00 Official misconduct. A public servant is guilty of official misconduct when, with intent to obtain a benefit or deprive another person of a benefit:
1. He commits an act relating to his office but constituting an unauthorized exercise of his official functions, knowing that such act is unauthorized; or
2. He knowingly refrains from performing a duty which is imposed upon him by law or is clearly inherent in the nature of his office. Official misconduct is a class A misdemeanor.


A "Better" Penal Law (changes in red): § 195.00 Official misconduct.
A public servant is guilty of official misconduct when, with intent to obtain a benefit or deprive another person of a benefit:
1. He commits an act relating to his office but constituting an unauthorized exercise of his official functions, knowing that such act is unauthorized; or
2. He knowingly refrains from performing a duty which is imposed upon him by law or is clearly inherent in the nature of his office.
3. Judges, judicial employees, employees of all NY State entities under judicial supervision and the Commission on Judicial Conduct are included as public servants under this law.
Official misconduct is a class C felony.

Career politicians and career judges mayn't want strict corruption laws, because they and/or their relatives, friends, contributors, etc. could be targets.

Are you with us Andrew Cuomo? And you, Senator or Assembly Member? NYT?

The Pope, NY Times, Andrew Cuomo, and open bidding for NY Senate votes.

The NY Times attacks the Pope with "Any role the current pope may have played in responding to those allegations over the years is a significant aspect of this story," but ignores the corruption here in NY's Courts and Government. In NY, the NY Times needn't qualify corruption with "may have." Plus, the NY Times knows when AG Cuomo knew.

New York's unresolved budget crisis has Senators Sampson and Klein as Senate Leaders negotiating the budget, who have committed publicly reported acts which will harm NY Taxpayers. The NY Times said regarding the Pope, its reports were "based on meticulous reporting and documents." The NY Times needn't waste its money for "meticulous reporting" in regard to either reporting and/or asking AG Cuomo to prosecute, because the documents and criminal charges are already in public domain.

Perhaps, if the NY Times doesn't support prosecution, the NY Times will support transparency in NY Government and can ask Senators Sampson and Klein to open up the bidding to influence their votes to a free market, where all NY citizens could openly bid for their votes and influence.
