Dear Congressional Super Debt Committee:

    Here's a proposal for all at the Super Committee.   Neither Democrats nor Republicans want to finance Cuomo's sister receiving unknown compensation and the husband of Cuomo's cousin receiving a million dollars in yearly compensation dealing with Medicaid.  The State of California doesn't harm its Medicaid beneficiaries and the State of California would gain more cash with the proposed solution.   I'm an unpaid lobbyist for the People both Democrat, Republican, Tea Party and Occupy.   My proposal has been submitted to you earlier and it lowers Medicaid spending, cuts out the Fat Cats feeding on Medicaid, doesn't harm Medicaid needy recipients, shifts responsibility and expenses for Medicaid enforcement to the States.   The details have been spelled out for you in several faxes to your Committee, other Congressional committees and members of Congress in the following 8 faxes with links to them at my blog post site:
