                     The recommendation
        Is Andrew incompetent, or a clever cheat scheming to enrich himself and pals,  or a spoiled brat who's been taught that he's owed something, or Gollum obsessed with the "ring"?     It doesn't matter, he needs to be stopped.

       Luckily, an alternate opportunity opened up with Spitzer's low ratings and desperate need of a stylist.  
 Spitzer's madam reports, "That is sort of synonymous of what the girls told me about him in bed, that he was boring, so I guess the expectations were met." and "I read that they were investing all this money in a stylist and I thought no matter what money you throw at this man, at the end of the day, he's still a gremlin and a dishonest, corrupt career politician whose only interest is rehabilitating his own image enough to get back into politics."

          You, Andrew, although you are a corrupt, dishonest career politician, you're a handsome gremlin and not much money needs be spent on a stylist.   You didn't cheat on your wife, she cheated on you and, hopefully, she won't report you were a dud in bed.   You're an ideal Spitzer's replacement and your ratings can only exceed Spitzer's dismal ratings.

God's Silver Spoon Legacy For New York Attorney General?

Andrew Cuomo endorses another pampered silver spoon feed brat as Attorney General.   This promises a trifecta of spoiled brats as Attorney General.

   Beginning with Eliot Spitzer, whose father illegally financed "both Eliot Spitzer's 1994 and 1998 campaigns for New York Attorney General, where his father guaranteed loans illegally to finance the campaign and transferred property to Eliot that was used as collateral for a loan to pay off the preceding illegally guaranteed campaign loan."

The Attorney General's Office then was bequeathed to Andrew Cuomo, son of Mario.    And now, Cuomo has anointed Schneiderman, whose father,"Irwin Schneiderman, who has been a significant donor to his son’s campaign, {and}is a long-time member of the WNYC Board of Trustees and has been a generous donor to the station over the years" and who in a Spitzer replay significantly funds Schneiderman's campaign, complete with religious robo appeals.    Maybe, also a Jewish President retry?

   Schneiderman, likely will continue Cuomo's Moral Hazard Record with court corruption, behaving as a monkey with his hands over his eyes and ear plugs in his ears and nurturing corruption.  Senator Schneiderman failed to act on all the court corruption reported while Schneiderman was on the Senate Judiciary Committee.    Maybe, Schneiderman will listen to the hearings after he's elected.

    Poor Senator Schneiderman can't even use the excuse that he failed to attend those hearings, because copies of all the testimony summaries were delivered to Schneiderman.  Schneiderman's failures have spawned artistic attention in this video.

 Look at the progression, "Spitzer was ignominiously defeated in the courts in his NYSE and AIG prosecutions. [Although] Spitzer was a successful blackmailer as Attorney General - in court, not so good, losing 80 % of cases."

While Schneiderman may aspire to a monkey virtue of see no evil, hear no evil, will Schneiderman rename the Cuomo TARP for himself?

Cuomo's Silver Spoon Costs Over a Trillion Dollars

What is a trillion dollars? It is one million packages each individually containing a million dollars. Andrew "Gollum" Cuomo's quest for "The Ring," produced more than a trillion dollars in costs. Yesterday's blog post here reported Cuomo had a mere 59 billion missing at HUD which trifles compared to the losses when, "Cuomo required Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to buy $2.4 trillion in mortgages over a 10-year span, " of which more than 50% were to be sub prime.
Doing the arithmetic for the "financially" challenged Cuomo, 50% 0f 2.4 = 1.2, means he planned only $1.2 trillion in sub prime mortgage devastation.

Andrew Cuomo's "Gollum" quest combined with a "silver spoon syndrome" left a wake of financial devastation whose terrible costs were passed on to the People of NY.

All the job losses which funded "Gollum" Spitzer's quest, were then continued by his replacement, "Gollum" Cuomo, which kept billions of dollars from the NY economy and so many jobs out of NY. This is the direct cause of the loss in NY State Income Tax Revenues now afflicting NY and generating the budget crisis. (see 4/10 post on this blog)

If you don't remember a silver spoon in your mouth and a legacy governorship in your pocket, you must keep both "Gollum" Spitzer and "Gollum" Cuomo distant from control of your money or your taxes.

But Cuomo's above reported macro financial malfeasances, are dwarfed in the number of afflicted individuals from his micro malfeasances. Cuomo's used his TARP to hide State-wide Court corruption which devastated so many individuals and our State's economy. Would an honest attorney general cover up and defend a corrupt Chief Judge and Appellate Judge who stole $40 million dollars? Would an honest attorney general cover up and defend the corruption in Westchester Surrogate Court where $250 million dollars is stolen from the heirs of Tom Carvel (ice cream) and distributed among a corrupt cabal of lawyers and judges?

I could replace "decency" with "honesty" and ask Andrew Cuomo the same words spoken before Senator McCarthy in 1954, "You've done enough. Have you no sense of decency, sir, at long last? Have you left no sense of decency?" But I know the words would fall on the closed ears of "Gollum" entitled to the highest office because he born better than I and is convinced of what is owed to him.
